How do I install a Network printers?
1. To start installing your campus printers you will need to login
to https://mavprint.mnsu.edu/printers
the
server with your MavMail account. You must be using Internet Explorer for Install to work.

2. You will now see all of the printers that you have access to. Click
on the name of the printer that
you would like to install. For example MavPrintBW.

3. On the left side of your screen under Printer Actions click on
"connect".

4. Click Yes to install the printer.

5. Under Security Options select Use the specified user account.
And then enter you MSU email
username and password. Then click OK.

6. The server will now download the correct printer drivers to your
machine.

7. If you have more printers to install click on the "All Printers"
link under VIEW and repeat steps 2 -7.
Once you are done installing your printers click on the "Printer
folder" link to set your default printer.

What should I do if my printer stops working?
In most cases, deleting the printer and then reinstall the printer
using this web site will fix most problems.
If you have changed your MavMail password your printers will stop working.
You will have to reinstall
your printers from this web site.
